Spring Creek Hut

Fat biking is the newest hut option we have to offer. The over-sized bike tires allow you to ride on packed snow. This is a great option for riders who want to get out in the mountains in winter, skier types waiting for the real ski season to start, or people looking for remote bike adventures.

The Spring Creek Hut is also great for cross-country skiers and snowshoeing! It is our easiest to access winter hut and great for families with kids!

Please take into consideration that fat biking is more weather dependent than any of our other trips. If it snows a foot of new powder or warms up and turns the snow isothermic, you will not be riding anywhere. You can check the grooming status at CSA Trail Grooming under the Uncompahgre Plateau.
