What if I, or a member of the group, have to cancel the ride?

San Juan Hut Systems will issue a credit good for the next full season for the amount a rider has paid towards a ride on one of the routes, with a 30 day notice. San Juan Hut Systems does not offer refunds. Riders that go 'free' on Group Rate Discounts will not receive a credit. For example, if your group purchased an 6 for 8 Group Rate Deal, the first two riders to cancel will not receive credits. If a third rider drops out, they will receive a credit.
